Hot off the presses from the Triangle MLS, here are some choice stats from around the neighborhood.
Region-wide, it's the same story we've seen for the past year. Inventory is shrinking and that's driving prices up. In the 4 break downs below, the average sales price all rose at a healthy pace year-over-year with inventory all diving farther into "seller's market" territory. Even inventory rich Chatham County is falling behind as builders struggle to keep up with demand.
Now that we're entering the slower summer months, I expect that buyers will be able to catch a break and inventory will tick back up a bit.
